Thank you very much for your reaction.

I was unsure about what your plugin exactly does.

After some experiments I realised that you
not only need to create a new Custom dimension in GA but, also a new Macro in GTM and insert that in the GA tag.

Your answer confirms my final outcomes.

Thank you for your response.

I think that the Facebook Application ID field is not saved at all, because after saving the same pages reloads with the Facebook Application ID field empty. I presume that normally the Facebook Appliction ID will be saved and you’ll see the first screenshot as presented on http://wordpress.org/plugins/fb-viral-downloader/screenshots/. But this is not the case.

I hope you can help me.
