I no longer find the the widget on your site. Can you please email us at friends@themeisle.com to check what problem could be. I’m sure that there is a bad configuration issue here.
Also some of the errors are from the theme you are using and not from our plugin.

We can not control what google wants to display in their search engine. The rich snippet is valid but if they want to consider or not is not up to us.

Maybe your theme does not fallow the standards and alters some core wordpress functions which our plugins use.
As you are the single one who is reporting this, i guess for other users is working fine and might be a configuration issue or a bug from the plugins/theme are you using.

Regarding the h2 tags there is something that some people find usefull and you are the first user complaining about it. The problem is that we can not release a version that could change those tags, if there is enough traction on this feature we might consider it in the future.
