Well, I am pretty sure about that. I mean, I downloaded the WP, unzipped it and just uploaded the files.
Before that, there was an automatically generated startpage of plesk panel. So I guess the “This blog is coming back soon” has to be from wordpress.

i have the exact same problem. although when typing http://..url…/wp-admin/install.php it shows some blue text which says: This blog is coming back soon….
any ideas?
