In reply to: Content not showingI have been saying the same to them for ages but didn’t want to get involved!
I have managed to install the backup on my MAMP server on my machine but of course it still shows just the header. I suppose at least I have the content but not sure what to do now?

In reply to: Content not showingThank you for answering. The version is 2.3.3 and has been in place for some years.
I’ve tried disabling the plugins but it still is doing the same. I can’t back up as I don’t have access to the server details. I’m not an expert and because there has been customisations I was worried about altering anything as it’s not my site.
I’ve tried a plugin backup and I’ve just reactivated that without any other plugins and it’s worked where it didn’t before. Not sure what to do with it but it’s now on my computer.
I can’t see anything else obvious as php is not my forte!
