THANKS EVERYONE. Fyi- it was definitely a line of code that got accidentally erased during a malware cleanup. Bluehost replaced the WP files and Im all good to go. I can’t really say enough good things about Bluehost. Im not ftp savvy, so they are really good for that.

If I do a totally fresh installation of WordPress, I do this through my bluehost account, yes?
Ok- switching to Twenty Fifteen doesn’t solve it. 🙁
