    Hi Adam,

    I have now shared the screenshot of the Complianz banner through the private form. One additional detail that may be relevant: the banner does not appear immediately when the homepage loads. It appears a few seconds later. This happens when I open the site in a new Safari Private Browsing window.

    Before starting the plugin conflict test you suggested, I ran another test this morning because my managed WordPress hosting provider (Aruba) had automatically updated plugins and themes from the official WordPress repository overnight.

    I opened a completely new Safari Private Browsing window, visited the site, saw the Complianz banner, clicked “Accept all”, and navigated through several pages, including the guide landing page.

    For the first time, GA4 Realtime is now showing 1 active user. Previously, the same test consistently resulted in 0 active users.

    At the moment I can only see user_engagement in the Realtime events, not the custom visita_landing_guida event I had created for the guide landing page.

    I haven’t changed any settings or disabled any plugins since our previous tests. The only change I am aware of is the automatic plugin/theme update performed by the hosting provider.

    Given this change, would you recommend that I still perform the plugin conflict test, or should I leave the current setup unchanged and monitor it first?

    Thanks for checking this.

    I am aware that Analytics is excluded for logged-in users, so all my Realtime tests were performed in a new Safari Private Browsing window where I was not logged into WordPress. I accepted all categories in the Complianz banner before navigating to other pages, but GA4 Realtime still remained at 0.

    The Complianz consent banner does appear for me when I start a completely new Private Browsing session, so it is interesting that you are not seeing it from your side.

    I will submit my Site Health information through the private form so you can review the setup. Thank you.
