are you sure the videos have the right format and encoding? (See the FAQ) We have tried it even with multi-gigabyte files, so size shouldn’t be the issue…Marek

In reply to: [Image and video gallery from Google Drive] Critical error in this webYou have to either set the app to “Internal” user type (I can do that, but I have Google Workspace and I don’t know if it’s possible outside of that) or set it to “Production” publication status – that means verification AFAIK.
Those are policies set by Google – we cannot “fix” that, I have no power here :/

citing Google:A Google Cloud Platform project with an OAuth consent screen configured for an external user type and a publishing status of “Testing” is issued a refresh token expiring in 7 days.
We need to update the docs, but this should help in the meantime 🙂

in the admin UI, you won’t see the images & videos. They will, however, be shown in the gallery.Marek

thanks @szabolc for the info – that’s exactly what I needed to know. The good news is that a fix for this particular issue is in the works in https://github.com/skaut/skaut-google-drive-gallery/pull/864. The bad news is, this fix will probably only reveal more information and won’t solve the issue outright.@adriancituli Yes, I would generally expect verifying with Google to be a pain. I haven’t been able to reproduce this yet, but if that’s a policy Google has for new apps, there really wouldn’t be much for me to do :/.

since there are multiple people experiencing the issue, there’s definitely something to be found here, but I haven’t been able to reproduce the issue yet.I tried cyrillic names both on Drive and as the name of the page in WordPress, but it seems to work just fine for me…
Could you try and pinpoint the issue some more – that’d help me reproduce, which in turn would help me fix it 🙂

I tried it and couldn’t reproduce it.Inside of my base folder, I put a folder called Турция. Then I put a block pointing to it inside a WP page called Турция as well. It shows just fine… Am I missing something?
