Hi,
yeah, we do what we can to prevent conflicts with other plugins, but if they are messing with this too much, there isn’t really anything we can do…Could you please link here the plugins that were causing the issue – for anyone who finds this in the future.

please take a look at https://github.com/skaut/skaut-google-drive-gallery/pull/1117 – I’ve found an issue where the image size would be reduced by about 10%. That, however, probably doesn’t explain what you’re seeing…I can’t go forward much more without seeing it in action.

you are the second person to report this issue, however, we got a bit stuck with the previous reporter…Could you please try turning off other plugins and themes to see if that fixes this? Another plugin/theme interfering is the most likely cause atm.

you should probably just use the block editor with the gallery block – all the parameters can be configured from there. In the shortcode, you have to use the option names from here.Marek

yes, Shared Drives are supported. You need to set the root folder to be inside the Shared Drive by navigating up from “My Drive” and then selecting the drive you want.The error message is caused by the root folder being renamed – the plugin can’t find it now. You can solve this either by renaming it back or by reinstalling the plugin (we know that this is not optimal and are working towards a better UX).

now that is weird – images should always be displayed in their original size if they are smaller then the maximum (it really does control the maximum…)Could you please give me a link and a screenshot of the settings?
