Yes I completely understand that and that is exactly what I also want.
But the only issue is how do I get the customer to sign in when they see this error message without activating the “returning customer, please log in” setting in woocommerce.

I had that option activated as mentioned but I don’t want show this sentence on my checkout page especially to new customers.
I would like the error message “An account is already registered with your email address Please log in.” to let customers log in on the checkout page ONLY when they have an account.
This issue only appears when a customer has an account.
Is it possible to show that login section when this error message is supposed to show?
Or how can I make this “Please log in” work correctly
