Did you fix it? I’m suffering the same issue:
This is what I see on the WP HTML editor (article link):
<h2>Índice</h2>
<a href="#quees">¿Qué es Dropbox?</a>
But this is what it actually loads up on the browser:
<h2>Índice</h2>
<p><a target="_blank" href="#quees">¿Qué es Dropbox?</a><br />
I have no idea why the “blank” atribute is added. I’ve also checked all plugings, but I think any of them is causing this. I have another post pages with internal links. None of them is behaving the same way. It looks like it only affects anchor tags.
Any ideas?

Sorry for the offtopic but I’m desperate here. @dhkendall how did you get the logo/header to fit all the screen width? If I upload a cuatom logo/header I got a white space on both sides of the header.
