I’ve created a site at http://www.theleanconsultinggroup.com . I’d like to have the comments box removed on the “pages”, but not on the blog posts (of course) – by “removed” I mean removed completely, not even the “Commenting is disabled” visible. I’d also like to have the title removed on some of the pages as well (like the “Home” page, only reason it has a title is so that “Home” can appear in the page navigation).
I gather that the way for me to do this is to create a custom template and use that for the pages that I want things removed on (assuming that custom templates can be used with evolve), and the way I gather that is done is taking the php from page.php and altering it and saving it as the new template. I don’t know, however, what directory page.php is stored in! (Once I figure that out, I think I can do this.
Advice is appreciated. (Quick advice is appreciated more, as the client wants this live by the week’s end)
