I have same damn problem! I have tested all my feeds, which are php files, and they all pass the rss checker. I even just upgraded to WP 2.8 hoping it would fix it, and still getting that same error:
RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: 404: Not Found
Please help, someone!!!
