The plugin in working great.
One challenge, when the status changes, the name of the status is not included in the emails so each email looks exactly the same.
This would cause the customer to wonder what has changed and why they would need to check the status again.
It also requires the customer to take another action to check the status. It would be better customer service to give them the status in the email.
What code do I need to use in the email message configuration to include the status of their order?
