Hi, thank you.
I forgot about this issue a little bit. But just now I managed to fix it.
I didn’t follow your instructions completely because I was a bit afraid of deleting multiple %_defaultReport entries.
But this finally pushed me in the right direction and I found the one entry “wp_admin_defaultReport” which showed a “2” in the values. I just changed it to “1” and now everything works as expected again.Thank you very very much π

#14 {main}I had other things to do, but here we go now… It looks like this:
https://ibb.co/K9rxscfAnd indeed: With another user it works as expected. There I don’t get this error message.
The strange thing (and I noticed already before), indeed it shows idSite=1.
https://example.de/wp-content/plugins/matomo/app/index.php?module=CoreHome&action=index&idSite=1&period=day&date=yesterdayBut the site still shows me this error message:
An error occurred
An unexpected website was found in the request: website id was set to ‘2’ .- This reply was modified 4 years, 11 months ago by Manuel22.
clearing the cache unfortunately didn’t help.
Hi, yes it helped. Thank you.
But there’s still somewhere a siteid=2 in the data. When I open the summary tab Matomo shows me all the data from previous months etc. So this is correct now.
But when I open the “reports” page or “tag manager”, I still get an error message:An unexpected website was found in the request: website id was set to ‘2’.
I already searched for this in the db, but probably you can tell me faster where to look π

Thank you.
Data is still here, I already knew this from my backup.
I’ll try out the rest tomorrow.
I was not aware that Matomo also has information in wp_options.Forum: Plugins

No, doesn’t work. Crashes pages with multiple embeded calendars. But not the whole website, only this particular page.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Staff List] Staff order doesn’t workHello,
sorry there is other stuff going on right now, which made things a bit more complicated. But I hope I got you all information:Webserver LiteSpeed on Linux (centos 7.7.1908)
PHP-Version: 7.4.2
MySQL-Version: 10.1.44-MariaDB
Wordpress 5.3.2Of course I tried to “reset” the order by setting the order to manual in the template. I saved it and than changed it back to Post Title. Nothing changed, still the same order as before.

In reply to: [Einsatzverwaltung] CSV Import Datei erstellenAlso habs jetzt doch hinbekommen:
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Cache loads wepb in firefoxOh sorry,
i didn’t think you would check on a weekend.I tried to serv the webp files with “ewww image optimizer” plugin (alternative rewriting)
This works pretty good, but breaks the layout of the revolution slider. However: Now I deactivated ewww and put LS back in place with webp enabled.
The website runs on OpenLiteSpeed 1.4.42 and Cyberpanel 1.7.6
Everything runs on an Azure VM.I also migrated another website to this server yesterday and there I got exactly the same problem.

In reply to: [Ginger - EU Cookie Law] Compatibility Issue with LScacheI run into the same problem.
Page Cache works. But optimization (CSS minification & combination, etc) doesn’t work when Ginger is enabled. As far as I can see it, Ginger somehow prevents the LiteSpeed Cache plugin from creating the optimized files.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Simple Calendar - Google Calendar Plugin] if-descriptionWell it turned out the problem is caused by Office365, Outlook and Google.
As the calendars are actually office365 calendars, I subscribe them with google and display them by the plugin.
Somehow and somewhere in the chain the description gets a space, which is recognised by the if-description-tags.I deleted and inserted the analytics code two times and than it worked again. Everything is ok.
