Well I tried everything on the master list and nothing. But I think I may have found the problem:
First off the time zone was way off. I changed it to match my time zone. It looks like wordpress keeps wanting to schedule to publish it in the future.
When I change it to publish immediately, it just goes back to setting a date and time…. Really weird.
