I also have the same issue with custom Player Metric values not showing in my Player Lists.
Upon troubleshooting it seemed to only effect Player Lists that had the “Competition’ set to “All”. If I inputted the Competitions in individually i.e Division 1, Division 2, Champions Cup and updated the list the Player metrics then appeared.
@brian would you recommend rolling back at this stage and if so can confirm the procedure for sportspress pro. Should I disable the plugin first, remove the contents and simple upload the contents from the older version then re-enable?
