@photocrati, I just new install another site with the latest versionWP and Nextgen Gallery but still fail. I am using Windows Server 2012 R2 to setup WP via Mircosoft web platform. Nothing special server setting is made. Also, I tested with no other plugin enabled, so it won’t be the conflits problem.
May I know is there anyone can create a thumbnail of file size larger than 2MB? Is it the limit of Nextgen?
It only show “A failure occurred. Error while creating thumbnail.” This doesn’t give me any hints to solve the problem.
