I tried using my other friends’ computers and devices and “certifications & membership” doesn’t show on their drop down menus either.
Should I check the box to disable Headway caching as well:

The home (landing) page is good.
I’m still having trouble viewing the new menu item on all of the other pages.
Can you see it on your end though?
According to your advice, I have refresh my local browser and clear server cache.
