The error is the same as the original one in this thread. When the plugin is newly activated, or when the export is run (even with a small number of posts), there is a 502 Bad Gateway server error.
We’ve found that the plugin will work and complete the export process as long as a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Three is active and ALL other plugins are deactivated. We used the Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin to mass disable everything so the Aspose export would run and no design work or key settings would be lost.
This particular site is using WordPress 6.2.2 and PHP 8.2. Thanks.@tilalahmad we are now receiving the same 502 error when running the plugin export, regardless of post count in the export. Please let us know if there’s an update for the plugin soon. Thanks.

“Your store is configured to serve digital products using “Redirect only” method. This method is deprecated, please switch to a different method instead.
If you use a remote server for downloadable files (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Amazon S3), you may optionally wish to “allow using redirects as a last resort”. Enabling that and/or selecting any of the other options will make this notice go away.”Yes, the download link works with this method, but the file’s URL is fully visible, so that’s not ideal.
Also, per the linked post to fix “file not found errors”, this is not an apache server (Google Cloud) and there are no spaces in the file name or link.
We have the same error on new or old products / new or old file links.
Thoughts?

Thanks for the reply. The WP Courseware devs provided a beta version update and, combined with the JetPack update released today, the drip content / calendar option is back for the site. We’ll see if the fix holds. Thanks!
P.S. We had already disabled all of JetPack’s features when troubleshooting. As long as JetPack was active and connected, the drip content calendar was disabled, regardless of the modules active or not.
Hello again. After on response here, I once again contacted the WP Courseware developer. His response was:
“I’ve noticed that Jetpack can sometimes break the other scripts from third-party plugins due to their aggressive form of optimization and minifying all JS scripts into one script. Could you disable all functionality related to modification and optimization and see if that works? You could also contact Jetpack support so they can recommend which settings may help to fix blocking date scripts.”
At this time, we have all site optimization features disabled through JetPack, and the script needed to process the drip content dates is still being blocked or disrupted by JetPack. Please advise.
