Thank you for your quick answer. I have contacted PayPal support again, but the answer was the same. I explained the issue with screenshots which show that changing the value of “Credit Card Statement Name” setting definitely affects to what is shown on the credit card statement and email notification, but it is not working as expected.
Is there any other suggestions?

Can I create a file called class-wc-session-handler.php and copy&paste the code you added, then place it in the following folder?

I knew there is a setting called “Description” under WooCommerce > Checkout > “PayPal” tab, but I didn’t notice the same setting is under “PayPal Express Checkout” as well. I cannot believe how I missed it.Thanks again.
