I did what you advised, but unfortunately the problem persists…

It’s currently working, I refreshed the permalinks page (no changes, just saved), but in a few minutes/hours the problem will come back. I would like everything to work normally without having to do this.
I tried disabling all my plugins one by one but I didn’t see any changes. I don’t know if it’s possible to go back to the old version of WordPress?
Thanks but I have already read the article. Until then, the backup took between 30 minutes and 1 hour. Now it takes about 1 day (18-20h) to do it.
It usually takes place at night around 10:30 p.m.
I reduced the file size from 400 to 200mb.
Size of the site indicated by Updraft plus:
Extensions: 289.8 MB
Themes: 16.6 MB
Uploads: 9.2 GB
Others: 62.6 MB
