Hi,
Thanks for your response. I do have a lost password page, the one that was automatically created when I installed the plugin.
The shortcode that came with the page is [user_registration_reset_password_form]
Do you recommend that I change it to what is says in the documentation [user_registration_lost_password] ?

Other than that everything is like your documentation, my login form has a lost password checked on and it links to the lost password page.

Please advise if I should change the shortcode. Thanks

If I search zip code 18106 nothing shows up but if I search 18102 I do get the results.
