There is an addon that allows you to import/export from/to a csv file, but it is a paid addon.

I think you should be able to do the same thing for the wpsl_listing_template filter

Since my code runs first, I was able to remove jQuery("#wpsl-search-btn").click(); and the map loads with the correct filter.
Since it doesnt seem to exist already, I suggest adding a built-in way to link to a category filter
