When I looked at this page’s source code, I noticed they have what it seems to be a plugin called “ep_headliner”. I searched for this plugin, but could not find it.

Yes, but they provide a link to the full image. What I need is to have thumbnails in a post and when you click on them, a new page would open with the full-sized image.
Is that possible?
