Thank you for your response. I guess I might have missed that detail – those permissions are turned on (checkboxes are checked) for those custom post types. However, users with those permissions don’t even see an Add New action.
I tested this by switching a co-worker (Admin) to a Branch-User, and we confirmed that he did not see those Add New actions.
I guess what I’m saying is, that user type is configured correctly but can’t create those custom post types.
