I saw it too. It’s awesome job by google. Google is the BEST. When you download optimized zip file from Google, you can find a file that named “MANIFEST”. Just open it via Windows Notepad and it tell you how shall you replace optimized files with your original files. I put a sample content of “MANIFEST” file below for you:
