It is generally frowned upon for WordPress developers to answer support questions on WP.org regarding products that are not available on WP.org, in this case the Advanced Uptime Monitor Extension.

We have changed the permissions in version 3.1.5 to 755
We have changed the way that function works in version 3.1.5 of the Dashboard.
I don’t see any reason it would be a problem but if you run into one please open a support ticket

That it is the current behavior for the Backup folder. Permissions will be adjusted down in an upcoming Child version.
If you are using one of the Backup Extensions you can change the permissions without issue.
If you run into any problems just open a ticket on the help desk and a support staffer will help.
I believe Bogdan fixed this issue in the support desk. The issue was that the database did not update properly on an upgrade.
If anyone else runs into this issue please open a support ticket at the MainWP site and reference this ticket.
I believe the last time we saw something similar there was an issue with the database. If you could open a support ticket the support team will be happy to take a look.
I’m going to mark this as resolved because of no response.
In Step 4, as far as I know, Let’s Encrypt certificate is simply an SSL certificate, it does not require TLS to be set up. So that shouldn’t affect the installation.

I don’t remember seeing behavior like that before, I would recommend opening a support ticket so the support team can take a look.
Thanks for reporting the issue. I was able to duplicate the problem and we will update it in the next Dashboard version.
In the meantime you can set the number to high number.
We haven’t had any reports of issues.
Can you please add that to the MainWP Feature Requests area so it doesn’t get lost in the WordPress support forum.
