Hello,
This is occurring on the Mailgun side of things. What you are seeing is the Click tracking feature enabled, which re-writes the links in your emails and re-directs back to them when someone clicks on the link. For these links to work the “CNAME for tracking” will need to be enabled for your domain.

Hi Shane – What is generating the email? Whatever plugin is generating the message is responsible for setting the From address. Let me know what plugin is causing this and we will research.
