In reply to: [Mailgun for WordPress] Strange email header@funkyj4ever I think another plugin is overwriting the from details and making your from info look like that.
Please try this release and let me know if it fixes things for you: https://github.com/mailgun/wordpress-plugin/archive/sjohn/1.5.5.zip

In reply to: [Mailgun for WordPress] Mails being sent from wordpress@mydomain.comJust to clarify, if those fields are left blank, then when WooCommerce sends an email it will get the from address and name from WooCommerce settings?
It should use the settings from WooCommerce. I’m about to cut a beta release 1.5.5 that should fix this problem once and for all, if you’d like to test it.
EDIT: Here’s the link, in case you’d like to try out the 1.5.5 beta.

In reply to: [Mailgun for WordPress] Emails are being sent out wordpress@mysite.com@jewishtidbits I think I’ve got a fix for you, if you’d like to beta-test this release 🙂
@abelljefrry @giannoulakis I promoted the beta release to stable yesterday, so it should appear in the WordPress plugin updates. Have you had a chance to try it out yet?

In reply to: [Mailgun for WordPress] Mails being sent from wordpress@mydomain.com@streamworksaudio Could you try 1.5.4? I believe I included a fix in that release, but if that does not work I will have to revisit that solution.
@lavishdhand What version of the WordPress plugin are you using?

In reply to: [Mailgun for WordPress] Emails are being sent out wordpress@mysite.comHi there, which version of the plugin are you using? This is one thing that works strangely (to say the least) because of how plugins implement the from address and from name setting. In the Email Subscribers & Newsletters plugin, do you have a from name and from address set in the
Email Subscribers -> Settingstab?Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Mailgun for WordPress] Strange email headerI’m not sure what would cause your emails to look like this, although it could be another plugin. Please try the new 1.5.4 release and let me know if that still happens. Thanks 🙂
@abelljefrry @giannoulakis Hi there! With the response I got from the “beta” release, I went ahead and cut a release for 1.5.4 which should fix this issue! Let me know if this resolves the issue for you 🙂
