I had the same issue and found this thread. The problem was that disconnecting the Google account wasn’t enough. After disconnecting, there’s a button for resetting the Site Kit, which does the trick.
- Disconnect from Google Account.
- Reset the Site Kit.
- Connect to Google Account.
- Connect to Analytics.
- You get to select the Account, Property and View again.
If you omit phase 2, you won’t get to phases 4 and 5, but Google Analytics will be already connected.
