I fixed my problem !
Indeed i used a function on ‘editable_roles’ hook, this function unset the administrator role to hide admin on user roles selection.It seems to be in conflict with your plugin.

Thanks for your quick reply.
I confirm i’m on the right url wp-admin/admin.php?page=nestedpages
But i have no lines before the page title it seems to be disabled but the settings are configured on default.
