In reply to: Moving Posts and Followers to .org from .comI had an incredibly nice staff member move my subscribers for me, so that has been resolved now. I want to thank everyone that was kind and helpful to me in trying to resolve these problems. Being new at this, it came seem overwhelming knowing where to find the answers.

I have deactivated and activated the Jetpack plugin again, but still I do not have the migrating followers section showing up for me. I have researched and read all that I can find but am still not sure exactly how to rectify the issue. I posted a thread myself earlier and no one seems to know how to fix the issue or why it’s happening. I am going to keep looking for answers, if nothing sooner perhaps the Jetpack staff can offer some answers when they get back from the holiday break. If I come to some conclusion I will come back and share what I find here. I’ve talked to a couple very kind people in trying to find answers, still nothing yet, but it’s nice to see others being kind and helpful. Good luck! 🙂 MAD Hippies Life

I have been searching the forums for answers, thinking that perhaps this question has been asked before. I also spent quite a bit of time talking with .com, and we couldn’t seem to figure out the specifics with either problem. We spent a lot of time trying to sort out why followers can’t be moved, but it seems unclear as to the problem. She said she couldn’t figure it out and sent me the link for here, so that’s how I ended up posting. I figured most places are closed until at least Monday, so I wasn’t sure I’d be able to get help until then or perhaps later. I will go read the link on importing that you posted and see if I can sort that out. Thanks again for all your help!

I didn’t necessarily think 3 hours was a long time, I just thought that perhaps it was asked in the wrong place, and it needed to be moved. I honestly didn’t expect a reply until Monday. 🙂

I was hoping to be able to move this question to a different forum, or repost and delete it from this forum. :/
