Hello. I find this really unsatisfactory when you are paying for a subscription. You spend hours working with Angie trying to find solutions to a widget problem, the problem keeps getting bigger, and nothing actually gets fixed except my nerves. And then, in the middle of it all, it simply stops.
At the very least, it should be possible to finish the troubleshooting session you have already started. That would be the minimum.
Unfortunately, it sometimes feels as though these models are primarily designed to push users toward another upgrade. AI models should actually be there to help further and learn from what is happening. They seem to learn very quickly how to keep customers busy for a long time without producing a result.
Thank you, but unfortunately this is something that is quite easy to see through, even without AI.
For what is actually a good product like Angie, I find that really disappointing.
Just my personal opinion and experience since I started using Angie.
