OK, looked up Pastebin.com and created an account. I realize how to paste it on Pastebin but don’t know how to share with you? Just paste and whoever sees it?

I exported/imported the form based on the instructions in your link. Can you access it? Is that what you meant with Pastebin? I am complete novice so I am afraid I need lots of guidance.
