  • I have managed to update to 3.5.6 and the site is working fine again. Thanks for the quick response.

I have auto updates on so the update has broken the site. In my host account, I have asked to rerun auto updates, but this has not solved the problem. What now? I cannot get into the site to disable the plugin.

Let me say to start I really like this plug in and was about to make a donation when all my media library also disappeared – including items not related to Multi-importer 🙁

Reading the above, I had also deleted an auto-post so that was probably the problem. Everything is still on the server but not visible in media library. In the html of the posts and pages affected, I saw that generally a “1” had been appended to the file name in the link. By removing this – which I may add, took several hours, the images reappeared on the site but not in the media library. My images had also “disappeared” a couple of weeks ago – presumably the same cause, and I then added everything again, so it is possible that the “1” happened at that time and I just never saw it and then when everything disappeared, perhaps the (virtual?) copy did too. Grasping at straws here…

I have now turned off auto-post and am just using the widget, seems OK but no images visible in library other than new ones I added last night (which are thankfully still there).

Any way to make the images in the uploads folders visible again?
And while I’m on-line, it would be nice to be able to add just a bit of padding around the thumbnails to separate them from the text.

Thanks in any case for the quick fix.

    Lynn
