OK…tried another browser and that was not the issue. I am at step 2. When it says open wp-config.php and add “That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging”. Where do I go to open up wp-config.php?

Thank you. I am relatively new to the world of wordpress and don’t know my way around too well. What is a JS error? I am not sure how to check the developer console. Where do I right click….so sorry you are talking with a newbie here.

thank you for your response. I deactivated all plugin and I switched to the twentyfourteen theme (there wasn’t a twentytwelve) and still not luck. any other ideas?
