Yes, I meant “packages screen above.” As long as whatever I’m downloading includes everything so I can always reinstall later, I’m all set.

Got it. For some reason, it’s only a single theme where this error shows up. My theme is old but I haven’t seen any errors with any other plugins besides duplicator.
But it seems to work fine with the box checked.

Thanks for your reply and sorry if I wasn’t clear.
What I meant was that if I delete a package from my hosted WordPress server (after downloading to my local computer) using the Duplicator plugin menu, my understanding from your previous reply is that there’s no way to import the packages back into my site so that the packages show up on the package list again.
As a result, I wanted to confirm that my local copy (zip and installer) is the same content as what is unzipped in the dup-folder (prior to deletion).

I saw a “reset packages” button in settings but that didn’t help.
However, I did figure out that somehow there’s a conflict between Duplicator with my theme that never generated an error before (Default Twenty Twenty theme doesn’t generate error).
Under advanced settings, I unchecked the box to “Disable Foreign CSS” and the Ajax error no longer appears on the settings page.
There’s a warning that says “Do not modify this setting unless you know the expected result or have talked to support.”
What does “Foreign CSS” refer to? And potential issues with checking this box?

Got it. So when you say “it’s gone,” you only mean from the list of packages under the Duplicator settings page, correct? My local copy (zip file plus installer file) is the same from what I deleted?

But uninstalling 1.7.3 first and deleting the custom tables and then doing a fresh install of 2.1.0 on my existing production server worked fine. Performance is same as before.

There are 807,824 rows in the _fa_user_logins table, and 126 rows in the _usermeta table.
This is not a very active site so not sure why there are so many rows in the _user_logins table.
In any event, when I deleted the plugin and then reinstalled, it works ok.
Is there a way to export my data first and then import it back after I reinstall so I don’t lose my current data?

I reinstalled a new WordPress site on a new server (with virtually the same hardware config) and installed my original plugins plus yours at v2.1.0 and no issues. This is a bare site with no content.
I then restored my settings from my production site using Duplicator Pro (which essentially restores my WordPress database and plugins), which gives my original site but with content and your plugin at 1.7.3.
When I update your plugin to 2.1.0, my site becomes unresponsive again. However, when I manually disable your plug-in (just logging in as root and moving your plugin to a temp folder), my site works fine again.
Not sure what’s going on. Perhaps the tables or fields from your plugin got corrupted? There’s no issue if your plugin is not active.
Is there a way to drop all the tables created by your plugin and completely uninstall everything from 1.7.3? Then I can do a new install of v2.1.0?

Got it. By “if no filters for files or database tables are set,” do you mean my own settings in Duplicator when it’s going through the sets? I’m assuming if I accept all the default settings, then everything is backed up, correct?

Thanks for your response.
It actually happens in Storefront, too. So I just addressed the issue by using a program outside of WordPress to convert all my images to square. Now even giant images (2048 x 2048) will get a thumbnail that has the correct aspect ratio.
I think the issue was that every plugin I was testing references the woocommerce_gallery_thumbnail image and that needs to be square (from what I can tell).

So if possible, adding to the wishlist would also save the new total price. Right now, the wishlist only display the base product product price, not the add ons.
