In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to display state name instead of state codeHi @halilcanatik,
This is most likely an issue with your theme as it needs to be updated according to your System Status Report:
Name: OceanWP Version: 1.5.32 – 1.6.1 mevcutIf you look at the Templates section at the end of the Status Report, you will note that the theme is overriding a bunch of email and my account templates.
Updating your theme should sort this out for you.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Where Do I change a Products -Categories or Tags?Hi @max3322,
I just took a look at your screenshots and it’s weird that you have the Blocks editor loaded for products as that editor currently only affects pages and posts. You must have a plugin on your site that is causing that to happen.
When I edit a product on my site, this is what the screen looks like – http://cld.wthms.co/mkHLhn
As such, I’m inclined to think that this issue is caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

It seems like some code on your site is trying to access a post_status incorrectly.
This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Use WooCommerce API for customer subscriptions/productsHi @hendriktso,
Firstly, customers cannot generate API keys as API key generation requires admin access.
Aside from that, support for premium products is not allowed in the forums. If you have a valid subscription for the WooCommerce Subscriptions extension, head over to WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets and open a ticket.
I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Suggest a stars rating of products for Admin and buyers!Hi @justdude,
I’m not sure what you’re after here but WooCommerce already allows customers to provide product reviews with star ratings out of the box as you can see in this screenshot – http://cld.wthms.co/mqJBex.
If that doesn’t work for you, you’ll want to perform a search for “WooCommerce product rating” and check out the options that you see there.
If you’re not happy with any of those options either, you may want to speak to your developer about building something custom for you. If you don’t have a go-to developer, we highly recommend contacting one of the services on our customizations page: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.
Hi @chrisbirchall,
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it by going to WooCommerce → Status in your site’s WP-Admin.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it in a
.txtfile and upload that to Dropbox, Google Drive, or something similar and paste the link to it here.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [WooCommerce] 3.5.4 problem with structured dataHi @slaven18,
I presume you’re talking about the tool here – https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/.
I ran a test on your site as well as other sites running WooCommerce 3.5.4 and the Storefront theme and only your site has the issues stated.
I suspect that this is either down to your theme or one of the plugins you’re using. The products on your home page have the
<article>tag, which doesn’t come from WooCommerce.I see that you’re using some plugin called Wolf Visual Composer to layout your page, that plugin might be responsible for the output.
The best way to determine if this is a conlfict caused by a plugin or theme is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.
