In reply to: [WooCommerce] FATAL ERROR CANNOT DECLARE CLASSHi @jordlee,
As @lorro mentioned, support for premium products is not allowed in the forums.
If you have a valid subscription for the Product Bundles extension, head over to WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets and open a ticket. We will be able to help you further there.
I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] two products share same stock?Hi @subsix,
It isn’t possible to have 2 distinct products with a common stock count.
Each product has its own stock count.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shipping cost is not calculatedHi @mxlq,
When you are manually creating an order from the WP-Admin, you need to manually add the shipping line as well as its cost per this clip – http://cld.wthms.co/GUrfr9.
The pricing you’ve set up in your shipping zones and shipping methods only comes into play when a customer is placing an order from the front end of the site.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to change language to EN_GBHi @hillac1993,
I just took a look at your site and I can see that your products are displaying the expected “Add to basket” per this screenshot – http://cld.wthms.co/FKuEiX
In case anyone else comes across this, here’s how to change the language of the site:
Go to “Settings → General” and change the site language to whatever language you want.
I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved.
The default order status for successful transactions is Processing and here’s what it means:
Payment received (paid) and the stock has been reduced; the order is awaiting fulfilment. All product orders require processing, except those that only contain products which are marked as both Virtual and Downloadable.
You need to mark your product as both virtual and downloadable if it is not a physical product that requires shipping and you want the status to go straight to complete.
I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] No Shipping Methods Available FedExHi @tonyagolden,
Support for premium products is not allowed in the forums and the WooCommerce FedEx extension is a premium product.
I’d recommend making sure that you’re running the latest version of that extension for starters.
If you have a valid subscription for that extension, head over to WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets and submit a ticket. We will be able to help you further there.
I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Allow delivery backlog woocommerce for all productsHi @realhopedied,
You can export your products to CSV document that you can edit with Microsoft Excel, make the necessary changes to the document and then re-import it to update all the products.
You can take a look at the documentation here – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Remove order / in stock information at front endHi @gunivortus01,
As you’re not selling the product from your store, you should not be managing inventory for it.
You’ll want to go on the inventory tab and deselect the Manage Stock checkbox.
Also, since you’re pointing customer somewhere else to make the purchase, you can change the product type to External/Affiliate product, which will allow you provide a link to the external site that replaces the “Add to Cart” button.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Issue with variation images and “out of stock”Hi @popcornerbg,
As long as you have added an image to that variation, it will always display as it isn’t tied to whether the product is in stock or not.
What you’re looking to do here will require you to write some custom code. It’s probably worth speaking to your developer about it. If you don’t have a go-to developer, you may want to consider contacting one of the services on our customizations page: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Proper Product Variation SetupHi @christodt,
If your attributes are not “Used for Variations”, then they are not factored into the variations. Setting them as “Visible on product page” means that they are there as extra information to the buyer and have no bearing on the product’s price or anything else.
