In your WP-Admin, go to Appearance → Menus and click the Screen Options tab at the top of the page. You will be able to enable Product Categories and Product Tags from there such that they are available for you to use as menu items.

I’d recommend reaching out to the development team for the Alobaidi plugin for assistance with this as this is an issue with that plugin and not with WooCommerce.
If you’re not able to get a hold of them, you may want to consider another captcha solution as that plugin hasn’t seen any updates in the last 1 year and there’s a possibility that it is not being actively developed or maintained.
