Do you put your certificate path in your configuration ? For the dev certificate, you need to put the value ‘sandbox’ in front of your device in the table wp_apns_devices.development.
Is this working now?

Do you put both Dev and Prod certificates? If you do not have prod certificate just put the dev certificate path.
Do you try to access to http://www.site.com/index.php?easyapns=register&task=…. on your web browser ? Is there an error message ?
