Hi,
Had the same problem.
I managed to get the product listed by adding a another variable.
On the ‘Add Variation’ dropdown I selected ‘Set regular Prices’, an input box opened up and i entered 12.99 which was accepted.
When I previewed the product it allowed me to select the size, colour and quantity and put the product in the checkout.
