The version of openssl is OpenSSL 1.1.1 and the version curl is 7.87.0.

I don’t know if they are out of date

Now I have a new problem. It seems that the search issue has changed. Now I can search for plugins and themes, but I cannot install them. The new problem encountered is: cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired

Additionally, the three sites (after logging into WordPress) are very slow.
