I have a different domain setup under “CDN hostname(s) / hostname alias(e)” that was causign it not to work!

I have found it already.
For the WPML users here, the additional content can be found under “String Translation” and then at the bottom there is a function to check “Translate texts in admin screens” where you can find the string “[woocommerce_customer_processing_order_settings]additional_content” and add it into String Translation and do the translation 🙂

Not sure about your question, as I stated in my initial post, I use the WPML plugin to translate, using their translation manager. But I cannot found the additional content section texts anywhere to translate as strings.
