Right! I have tried to understand this. but for someone who is a complete enduser and has no real knowledge of this matter is is uncomprehensible.
I think my issue is fairly simple. isn’t there any way how I can contact WordPress for some support ???

right. I’ve seen it. That topic only talks about resetting a password, which you can’t do if you haven’y got a username.
