Ok so the final answer was to also delete the original DMS folder in FTP – then wp defaulted to the 2015 theme automatically and I could access wp admin!

I’ve also updated WP and DMS via FTP, and cleared the cache via FTP
Still not having any luck, would love some help!

Thanks Simon – I’ve gone into FTP and renamed WooCommerce, SumoMe and Jetpack just in case, but no luck – i still can’t log into the wp admin site…
