the site is hosted by Dream Host.
I was able to login and navigate to the FTP and then Index, then
to:wp-config.php -but I can’t edit that document.

I read the link you sent – I cannot get into the dashboard to access settings to make the changes – here is what I get: http://www.theheartoflyons.org/wp-admin/wp-login.phpI don’t have FTP access, and I don’t understand what it means to edit the wp-config.php file?
Can you elaborate further? I would really appreciate it very much –
