After the 5th attempt, changing the htaccess file finally worked on LoveMJ. I’ve got that site running again, although without prior content.
LovePS seems to have fixed itself. The issues were related to an incomplete upgrade at some point, so when it auto-updated to 4.3.1., the problems with 4.3 just went away.

I have deleted my site completely and restored from a backup but even my oldest backup has the same problem. I’ve used Softaculous to try to update it with no luck.
Thank you for this. Can you clarify one point from above:

If I am attaching galleries to pages instead of posts, is there an alternative to Attach-to-Post?
All I’m asking for is basic documentation. Your software creates these entries, you should know what they mean. Rather than answering my questions, you question my motives for asking.
WordPress uses different “Types” to distinguish between posts, media, pages, etc. The items I listed appear as other types in the UI.
What I want to know is when a new Gallery is published to a new page.
So what do they actually refer to? e.g. what is the difference between a Gallery and a Displayed Gallery?

In reply to: site works right away but continues loading foreverIt isn’t related to a particular device, rather, to the login or server. It is the same on my iPad and my PC.
I looked at that but it requires me to add a field for each one. I couldn’t find a way that would grow automatically as needed.

In reply to: site works right away but continues loading foreverSorry, I’m in the midst of moving them from .COM to .ORG and forgot that you wouldn’t be able to see the .ORG version yet – still pending the 48 hours for nameserver changes to propagate.
Sometime Tuesday they should be visible.
