Do you know of any other options? I tried clicking the “reply” on my email (someone did this in a previous forum) but that didn’t work. I deleted the cache etc.
I don’t know how else to get my password.

I’m not sure how I can go to my control panel since I’m not logged onto the website.

If it’s not, can you please provide more guidance on retaining the link via email. After reading the forum it seems to be a familiar issue, why is that?
