After the support that i had in another platform i’ve realized that my wordpress installation was a little old, with some errors and with a lot of plugins that could break quillform, i the mean time, as i cant update all my site now, i’ve managed to install another wordpress inside the same domain, installed quill forms, and redirected my page that needs the form to the another wordpress (i could had used iframe too in the old wordpress) and now everything is running fine!
